This is a brilliant opportunity to understand the humble origins of a chocolate bar. Visit Crayfish Bay Organic Estate in the north of the island – pick cocoa pods, crack and scoop out the tangy cocoa beans to prepare them for fermenting and drying. You will be guided by farmers who have worked the land since their younger years . This is no glamorous work, be prepared to get your hands dirty.
