Tree to Bar Chocolate as a cottage industry

Meet Kim and Lylette and experience how, on a low budget, you can make beautiful Tree-to-Bar chocolate at a farm, hands on cocoa harvesting, fermenting, drying, toasting and make a simple and delicious chocolate, combined with a farmer-style lunch. Visit the house of chocolate and learn about the history of chocolate in Grenada. (Wear walking shoes, sunblock, repellent, hat, preferably long pants, bring drinking water. To participate would need to sign a waiver). The event starts at 9:00am to 1:30pm on Tuesday, May 5th.
